About Us:

The Saint Louis Brass Band was started in 1998 and is a registered non-for-profit business in the state of Missouri. Since its conception, the band has performed in many venues across the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. These various locations include: Lindenwood University, UMSL-Touhill Center For The Performing Arts, Kirk of The Hills Presbyterian Church, Lewis and Clark Community College, Christ Church Cathedral, Concordia Lutheran Church, Fair St. Louis, Central Presbyterian, Affton High School, Florissant Civic Center Theatre and many other popular St. Louis venues. The band consists of twenty-five brass and three percussion performers who work as college students, teachers, performers, doctors, and in other various career fields.

The organization has also been in the national spotlight by attending the North American Brass Band Association Competition and has won grand-championships in the honors and challenge divisions, while taking third place in the championship division. The Saint Louis Brass Band is currently one of the only English brass bands in the St. Louis area. The Saint Louis Brass Band has also been ranked amongst the top 200 brass bands in the world and has held a third place rating amongst all the brass bands in North America during 2001-2004.
