Students will learn the basics of wheel throwing; wedging, centering, pulling the clay up, and trimming to create functional pieces. The pieces will then be decorated with a variety of options: underglazes, colored slips, carving and sgraffito. For ages 7-14 Camps are capped at 7 students to insure individual instruction and wheel access for all. *Pieces will be bisque fired by staff, dipped in a transparent glaze and fired once more. The staff will notify you went the pieces are ready for pick up (about 2 weeks)
Classes run for 5 days from 9:00 am until noon
